Dear Sayma,
My best love and good wishes to you. It has come to my knowledge that you aren't keeping in good health. It worries me much. It's not possible to work hard and go on with studies properly without keeping in good health. Good health, as we know, is the greatest blessing for us. The success and happiness in life mostly depend on it. To keep in good health you must follow some rules.
At first, you have to take proper food, i.e. a balanced diet. This will help you to grow up properly and to keep your body fit for work. Secondly, you have to drink plenty of clean water. Clean water will control the temperature of your body and will keep your blood healthy. Thirdly, you have to sleep and take rest properly because without proper rest and sleep your body will become weak and sick. Next you have to take regular physical exercise. Regular physical exercise will keep you free from all kinds of diseases. Lastly, you have to get up from bed early in the morning so that you can enjoy the pure and fresh air of the morning, which will refresh your mind and body.
I can say with certainty that if you follow the above suggestions you will be able to keep in good health. No more today. I want to see you a healthy boy in coming days. Tender my regards to father and mother and love to younger ones.
Your elder brother,
Suha
