The Fishermen of Bangladesh
Write a composition on the fishermen of Bangladesh. The people who earn their livelihood by catching fish and selling them are known as fishermen. They form a class by themselves. They live in-groups and catch fish and sell them. There are some fishermen who live near the rivers and catch fish in the rivers. Again there are some fishermen who live near the sea and catch fish in the sea.The fishermen always remain busy in fishing. While they are at home they are found busy making and repairing their nets and boats. The life of sea fishermen in our country is both difficult and challenging. While fishing in the sea, they often have to face dangers of storms. Though fishing in the sea is challenging, it is interesting too. A fisherman feels delighted when he catches a lot of fish.
Fishermen do much good to us. They supply us with different kinds of fishes all the year
round. But it is a matter of great regret that in spite of working hard, most of them are poor. They can hardly make their both ends meet. As they are poor, they don't have enough money to buy their own nets and boats. For want of their own nets and boats. they can't catch more fishes and cam more money. So most of the time they lead a miserable life.

In order to improve their lot, they should form co-operative societies among themselves ' and can save their small savings there. Then by taking some loans from the bank and along with their savings they can buy their nets and boats for fishing. This can help them to catch more fish and earn more money and live a better life. This is how the fishermen can improve their lot.
