I beg most respectfully to state that I could not pay my tuition fees from the months of February to April as my father was away from home. As a result, my name has been struck off the rolls for non-payment of dues. Now my father is back home and I am now able to pay my fees and other charge.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to give me permission to pay off my tuition fees and other charges for the months stated above and thereby get myself re-admission in the class.
