From India: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the revised exam schedule for the pending CGL, CHL and other exams. The SSC had to postpone these exams due to the Coronavirus spread. As per the revised exam schedule announced by the SSC, the pending CGL, CHL and other exams will be held in August to October 2020.
"The Staff Selection Commission has reviewed on 01.06.2020 the situation arising out of the Corona virus pandemic with a view to rescheduling its pending examinations.Taking into account the overall situation, it has been decided to announce tentative dates of the examinations", the SSC said today.
As per the new SSC schedule, the SSC CGL Tier-1 2019 exams will be held from August 17-21 and from August 24-27 while the SSC CGL Tier-2 2019 exams will be held from October 14 to October 17.
In this revised exam schedule, the SSC has also announced new exam date for the Group B and Group C posts notified in January-February 2020. The new exam date for Group B and Group C posts is from September 7 to September 9.
New exam date for Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying and Contracts) Examination (Paper-I), 2019 is from September 1 to September 4.
Stenographer Grade 'C' and 'D' Examination 2019 will be held from September 10-12, says new SSC exam schedule.
The SSC exam for Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police and CAPFs Examination(Paper-I)-2020 will be held from September 29 to October 5.
Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Hindi Pradhyapak Examination (Paper I)-2020 exam will be held on October 6.
