A small, community-focused office in the heart of Burnaby Heights is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant (Office) to join on a part-time, casual basis.

What You’ll Do:
As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and contracts
- Administering and maintaining office records and documentation
- Compiling data and figures to support office operations
- Ensuring a smooth flow of daily office tasks with attention to accuracy and professionalism
Tech & Software Knowledge Required:
Applicants should have a basic understanding of common office tools, including:
- Microsoft Office Suite: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- QuickBooks
- Spreadsheets and document formatting tools
Experience using any accounting or document software will be an asset.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Education: Secondary school (high school) graduation certificate
- Experience: Not mandatory – experience is an asset, making this a great entry-level opportunity
